Successful groups follow the participation guidelines.

Activity Packets will be emailed about 2 weeks before the beginning of the rotation. Assignments will also be posted at Activity Rotation Assignments on the website.

A summary will appear on screen upon completion of the registration. Please print for your records.

Review registration: To review a previously made registration, click Review Registration. (You must be logged in with the same email address used for the earlier registration.)

Couples participation: Please enter selections for both parties on a single form. Check with your spouse/partner to be sure your registration hasn't already been submitted!

No participation for this rotation? Even if you do not wish to participate, please click No Participation and indicate no participation so that we'll have your response on file.

Need to change your selections?

• To change a previous submission, click Register and then select "New Registration" to enter a new record.

CAUTION--Multiple submissions: If you (and/or your spouse/partner) enter more than one registration, ONLY THE LATEST will be honored.
