Pasta Night
May 5 and May 6
Join us for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn the timeless art of making pasta at Homemade Pasta Noodles. Using a family tradition with imported Tipo “00” flour from Italy, you will master the delicate balance of creating the perfect pasta dough.
The Experience
This isn't just a demonstration—it’s a full sensory journey. You will work at your own dedicated pasta station, learning to knead, roll, and cut your dough. Best of all, you’ll take your fresh, handmade creations home to enjoy!
We finish with a Three-Course Fettuccine Dinner prepared for you:
Antipasto: Fresh seasonal salad with local artisan bread
Il Primo: Fettuccine tossed in my signature homemade tomato basil sauce
Dolce: A classic sweet finish to end the evening
Essential Details
Cost: $58 per person
BYOB: You are welcome to bring your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy with dinner.
Gratuity: Please note that gratuity is not included in the class price and is greatly appreciated for our service team.
Dietary Note: We provide a set menu for this experience. No substitutions.
Please Note: This is a communal "food experience" designed for learning and gathering, rather than a traditional restaurant setting.

Transportation: Will not be provided by KNN. You are welcome to make your own car-pool arrangements should you so desire. There is plenty of free parking both sides of 7th Avenue on Maple St. and 7th Avenue.

Participation is limited for this event
You are encouraged to sign-up early. Once participation limits are reached, we will utilize a waitlist for the event.
Payment Requirements: Pre-payment of $58 per person is required to reserve your space. For the pre-payment, a check should be made out to KNN for $58 per person. Please write "Pasta Night" in the check's memo line. The pre-payment check should be placed in an envelope addressed to "A&A - Pasta Night" and left at the Kenmure KPOA office by the due date of Friday,April 10th. Once pre-payment is recorded, you will receive your event confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is not made at least 48 hours prior to the event, you will be charged for the event unless a replacement is secured from the waitlist.
